SALLY PEDDER
A highly motivated individual with over twenty five years industry experience. She is currently Spa Director at The Dorchester, a position she has held since 2010. Sally is exceptionally creative and resourceful in her approach, combining her knowledge of the sector, commitment to excellence and commercial acumen in order to drive success. She consistently demonstrates exceptional leadership with the teams she supports, resulting in strong overall performance.
Sally has operated spas with the following brands - ESPA, Aromatherapy Associates, La Prairie, Valmont and Clarins. She has experience in spa refurbishment at The Sanctuary in Covent Garden. Currently she is managing the re-launch of The Dorchester Spa and is part of the pre-opening team at the new Spa at Mayfair Park Residences which she will oversee once complete.
In 2019, Sally was awarded Cateys Spa Professional of the Year and also Leader of the Year at The Dorchester Hotel.
