PAOLO ANDRE DALLA FINA
Paolo is the founder and managing director of London Serenity Ltd and has been working professionally since 2000. After his Doctorate in Philosophy from the University of Verona, Italy, he gained a master degree in Human Resources From the Cattolica University in Milan, and started working in HR for a German Multinational company in Italy.
Meanwhile he studied Psychosynthesis Counselling, Kinesiology and Acupuncture. He then understood that his strengths laid on listening to people and understanding them, he followed another passion: he moved to London in 2003 and trained in physical therapies, as well as Hypnotherapy, gaining an additional master in NLP in 2005. He then opened a clinic in Mayfair, which he ran for a while until he decided to move on to business, incorporating his knowledge of HR, human behaviour and therapies, he opened London Serenity in 2008 and Serenity Spa Solutions with his wife and business partner in 2013, providing high quality therapists to 5 Star hotels and Spas.
London Serenity was voted Best Massage Company in 2012, 2013, 2014 and Best Mobile Beauty Service 2021 by Global Wedding Awards. He is a Senior Member of the Royal Society of Medicine.
After launching a new website and Apps for his company, his next project is to adapt his companies to the new market needs, as well as being as involved as possible in shaping the Spa industry future. Paolo lives with his wife and kids in London.
