JUSTIN GRAVES
I’ve spent the last 16 years working in the Middle East within the Spa and Wellness Industry. My career so far has included 5* hotel chains, running large scale independent clubs and spas and skincare distribution for the region. Throughout this time, I have covered rebranding, repositioning, pre-openings, change management and project management along with recruitment.
With the innumerable wellness benefits our industry provides, and the growing public appetite for greater preventative health and personal wellbeing, I am passionate about finding ways to maximise our role within the community and reach a wider public audience.
As our industry continues to evolve, we have an exciting future ahead. Ultimately, it is all the individuals who make up our industry who provide the real value and allow us all to excel. I am an ardent team player/leader whose always ready to mentor, support, share, learn and assist in providing innovative solutions within the Industry. The recent Government recognition of the industry demonstrates the importance of having an organization like UKSA and underlines the power of community and having one cohesive voice to represent us all.
