Iʼm intrigued by understanding why we do what we do.

I create programs for teams and companies to achieve new goals and reach higher potential, working alongside many CEOʼs, owners and boards with growth strategies targeting revenues and profits.

With near 30 years of specialist expertise and experience within the world of spa, health, hospitality and luxury markets my credentials across industries echo my success in understanding different business challenges and then building acceleration programs using DISC and NLP as corner stones to find long term valuable solutions.

I have trained over 20,000 spa and fitness professionals who were preparing to sail on 160 cruise ships with advanced communication service and closing skills and tested language and principles live on air when working with luxury products as they sell live on the no 1 shopping channels both in the UK - QVC and USA - NBC markets.

Iʼm proud to have traveled globally as a keynote speaker, some highlights being the CIDESCO world congress with 85 nationalities attending my predictable behaviour session as well as holding the main stage at the ISPA conference with my management development program.
