ASHLEY FREEMAN

Ashley has been in the industry for over 14 years. Starting as a Spa Butler straight from school and working her way up to her current position of Spa Director at Rockliffe Hall with a team of over 60 people. With a degree in Business Leadership & Corporate Management as well as a wealth of on-the-job experience, Ashley’s approach to leadership and management is direct and hands-on. Her ultimate goal is to earn respect from her team and take them on the journey with a shared mission and vision.

In her new role on the UKSA Board, Ashley can’t wait to network and identify where the opportunities are for collaboration. She hopes this will ultimately lead to continuous improvement in industry offerings, service and standards. Ashley is excited about the current rate of growth in the industry post-covid and feels now is the time to drive the industry, association and individual businesses forward to reach new levels.
