Rachel has been a part of the spa and wellness industry for over 12 years, working across some of the country’s top Country Clubs and Spas in both her home country, New Zealand, and here in the UK.
 Gaining a wealth of experience from spa therapist to spa management alongside obtaining her CIM qualification in Marketing and Digital communications, she has developed an extensive skill set in managing all aspects of health and wellness spas.

As we know from the past year, the concept of ‘spa’ is changing, and how we evaluate health and wellness for our clients and ourselves is more important today than ever. Rachel is passionate about bringing change and pushing forward in the spa and wellness industry to contribute to healthier and safer spa operations.
